Project Priorities

Prioritization is the second step in an exercise suggested in Don Casey's classic book This Old Boat. The first step is providing an unordered list of projects.

Categories differ from Don's suggestions. There are no safety items that would impact our current sailing activities. Such things as providing adequate PFDs, distress signals, handheld VHF, were immediately taken care of. The safety column contains items which are a safety concern for serious coastal or offshore use.

The colors of an project title indicate its status; green indicates a project in progress and red indicates a job that is just about to be started.
